Event Details: The“Cirque du Grove: A Busker’s Carnival” arrives at Grand Avenue and Virginia Street.
At 8:30 p.m., the group SUPERNOVA will entertain Grove audiences with a special evening show, displaying daring fire routines.

Event Details:
7 p.m: Ten galleries will host a night of art, wine and fun while celebrating the ability to take artistic "liberties."


The Grove Gallery Walk begins at 7 p.m. and continues through 10 p.m. It is free and open to the public. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be made available at participating galleries, while live music can be found at some locations.

Event: "Cirque du Grove: A Busker's Carnival", Coconut Grove, FL

Event Details:
"Cirque du Grove: A Busker's Carnival"
Cirque du Grove is the largest busking event that has ever come to Miami. Busking is an American tradition on its own accord, with theater taking the stage on sidewalks and in plazas across the country for many years. The BID is proud to continue this complimentary American tradition in honor of the Fourth of July festivities.
Beginning Saturday, July 2 at 8:30 p.m., the group from Palm Productions will entertain Grove audiences with a special evening show, displaying daring fire routines. Approximately a dozen performers will present unique fire routines containing baton twirling and rope lassos.

Event: Cirque du Grove: A Busker's Carnival, Coconut Grove, FL
When: Sunday, July 3r 2011 -1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Event Details:
1p.m. All-day circus hosted by Rainbow Productions will begin at 1 p.m. with performances by trapeze artists, wire walkers, jugglers, acrobats, clowns, mimes, and balloon artists, just to name a few. Continuous shows will run until 4 p.m., including a variety of magicians, face painters, jugglers and other buskers from the South Florida Circus School.

Celebrate the birth of our great nation with one of the largest fireworks displays in South Florida! This spectacular display can be seen from anywhere in the park. Enjoy food and beverages, and a free Kids' Zone with inflatable slides, a "kiddie carousel," hoops, face painting and more. Bring the whole family!

Event: Grove Stars on Fourth of July, Coconut Grove, FL

Event Details: 
At 11 am, Old fashioned picnic hosted by The Barnacle Society, featuring lawn games, kite-making, knot-tying demonstrations, and other "old fashioned fun" on the great lawn of the Barnacle, one of the oldest homes in South Florida. The public is invited to bring a blanket and a picnic lunch, and get into the spirit on Independence. Fee: Admission to The Barnacle is $5 per person; $2 for children ages 6-12. 

At 2:30 pm, The 2nd Annual CocoWalk Hot Dog Eating Competition judged by the lovely ladies of Hooters.

3:15 pm - The second annual 4th of July Scavenger Hunt - Group is free and open to people of all ages. The treasure consists of painted coconuts, strategically place through out the village center.

All Day Celebration at Peacock Park
2 pm - Fireworks extravaganza at Peacock Park. This year it features a number of firsts, including a genuine pig-wild boar roasting challenge between the Coconut Grove Chamber and the Rotary Club.

A much anticipated feature is Children’s Fun Zone which includes a fantastic pool, and adults can get into the act with an old-fashioned dunk-tank, that may feature some surprise dunk-challengers.
 
Free live music: The concert will be going on all day, featuring mix of rock, pop and jazz bands, including the A&M Jazz Band, Fire Brigade and special headliner, Alto Reed, founding member and Grammy-winning saxophonist of Bob Seger’s Silver Bullet Band.
This year event MC will be comedian Johnny (Trabs) Trabanco—

Also stopping by will be Lucie Arnaz and Desi Arnaz, Jr., who are in town with a Babalu tour at the Arscht Center. 

Fireworks will take place at sundown (around 9 pm), after which everyone is encouraged to head into the village to continue the festivities with many special throughout.

Event Details: 
The day-long schedule of events includes a traditional parade, a picnic and, of course, fireworks. Activities begin at 11 a.m. with the parade along Crandon Boulevard and conclude at sunset with the fireworks display.

Event: City of Miami Beach Fourth of July Patriotic Celebration, Miami Beach, FL

Event Details:
The City of Miami Beach presents its annual Fourth of July patriotic celebration with fireworks on the beach at 8 Street and Ocean Drive, South Beach. The event is free and open to the public.

Free bus shuttle transportation will be provided to the South Beach event from North Beach: Leaving Collins Avenue and 72 & 81 streets at 7:00 p.m., 7:20 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. to Washington Avenue & 11 Street. Following the event, shuttles will leave Washington Avenue & 11 Street to return to North Beach at 10:00 p.m., 10:20 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Everyone is encouraged to arrive early, bring beach chairs, and towels. No coolers or bottles will be permitted on the beach.
